RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return your Better Than Rocks product, you have 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase to help us process your return quickly.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to swap something out for the same item, just email us at getgrowing@betterthanrocks.com and ship your item to the address below.
