We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you need to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of your purchase. To qualify for a return, your item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase to help us process your return quickly.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, your credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to swap something out for the same item, just email us at getgrowing@betterthanrocks.com and ship your item to the address below.
